This is a free, half life 2 mod. The game play is like a cross between CSS, BF2 and Americas Army.Here is the website: http://www.insurgencymod.net/
I downloaded it yesterday and its awesome. Most of the bugs have been ironed out and the game play is smooth and a lot of fun.
